Empowering communities through a user-centered NGO website

Website Design, UX Design
A clean, fresh e-commerce experience for a natural teeth whitening brand.
The user faces difficulty comprehending key aspects of the NGO website, including who are the beneficiaries, how to use the New Cooking Bag and benefits of it, donation impact, and other products and organization achievements.
Create an inclusive website design allowing users to easily donate or purchase products.
Primary pain points:
1 -Understanding who are the beneficiaries of the NGO.
2 -NCB Usage Confusion.
3 -Information Gap on Donation Utilization and Achievements
We track our user persona's journey through three stages: learning about NCB, encountering an Adwuma Ye Instagram (paid) story, and reading an article about Adwuma Ye. Eventually, she either purchases our new cooking bag or donates to our NGO.
To address the pain points, we implemented the following design solutions:
1 - Clear Beneficiary Information: We added a dedicated section on the homepage that highlights the beneficiaries of our NGO, including their stories and how donations make an impact.
2 - Simplified NCB Usage Instructions: We created a step-by-step guide with visuals to explain how to use the New Cooking Bag effectively.
3 - Transparent Donation Impact: We included a section that shows how donations are utilized, along with our achievements and milestones to build trust and encourage contributions.
The redesigned website provides a clear and engaging user experience, making it easier for visitors to understand our mission, use our products, and contribute to our cause.
